A
Diet is not One-Dimensional
For the body
to return to a place of harmony and balance, and in order
for genuine healing to occur, a dramatic life shift may
be needed, precipitated by simple shifts in awareness and
lifestyle. Once you have made the decision, however, it
doesn’t mean that you have to get there alone. Assistance
is available from holistic practitioners who use modalities
that provide the necessary support and education, and who
can create an atmosphere in which healing can occur. Your
part, when it comes to your health, includes finding a zest
for life, practicing good nutrition and exercising properly—three
vibrant aspects to good health.
If we follow the concept of vibrational healing to its center,
we must acknowledge that if health manifests on all levels—physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual—then the healing process
must also include those components. This is true of the
thoughts we think and the food we eat. Everything in our
lives plays a multi-dimensional role, although the extent
may not be fully recognized. Of the components, diet is
probably the most undervalued, and is often seen as only
as being one-dimensional. Diet should be seen far more than
as just a means to satisfy hunger; good nutrition is a critical
key to good health. We gain energy for our bodies by eating
food that has energy in it.

Weightgain
Pathways
Certain
procedures, (dental work, operations,) and other stressors
on body, (food allergies, medications etc) can throw off
the balance of body and weight gain begins. A vicious circle
then follows as emotional components develop.
During our initial analysis one of the tasks we ask you
to do is to complete very in depth surveys. From this we
discover the chronological order of symptom development.
Also from our assessment procedures we discover what needs
to be addressed first. So often the first stressor or issue
to be addressed correlates with when symptoms started to
develop. Further down the line of symptoms could be a weight
gain problem that seems to have no apparent or obvious reason
(such as over-eating). This is why we recommend finding
out the reasons for weight gain in the first place. Nothing
would be worse than completing a successful weight loss
program, only to gain the weight back because the original
root cause has not be addressed.

Behavioral
Triggers
Weightgain pathways
can include behavioral triggers which should be assessed
because they could potentially sabotage your weightloss
program or the future maintenance of a healthy weight. These
can include certain stimulii, such as long term or short
term emotional factors, that cue an eating behavioral response.
With appropriate counselling and a support network, these
triggers can be uncovered and a strategy to avoid or eliminate
them can be determined.

Weightloss
versus "Healthy" Weightloss
There
is more to weightloss than just dropping the pounds - not
all thin people are healthy. A medium weight person can
look more healthy than a thin person because of a healthier
body composition (ratio of lean to fat mass). Some weightloss
programs lose the pounds but in doing that, lose the good
stuff as well as the fat. Your goal is to reduce your fat
percentage to a healthy level whilst retaining your muscle
mass. This improves your body's composition and with a higher
percentage of lean mass to fat, your body is a more efficient
fuel utilising system. Using the fuel more efficiently,
means an increase in your body's energy levels. This also
contributes to keeping the weight off as long as you maintain
a more healthy and active lifestyle.
The weightloss
programs we recommend at A2Z Wellness are healthy weightloss
programs that aid in maintaining the healthy muscle mass
and losing the unhealthy fat.

Lifestyle
Improvement versus a Diet
Just
the thought of a diet for some people means the idea of
deprivation and this is an unhealthy outlook to your weightloss
program and could be the downfall to completing it. A positive
emotional outlook sets you up for success in the long run
so this is why we recommend you view it as a Health
& Lifestyle Improvement Program. You will be
making many changes in your lifestyle not just only in the
food that you consume. You have already taken the first
positive step and that is you are committed to make a change.
Read on for Program Details.
One of our programs is a Detoxification/Weightloss
Program which is a three week program only. In
addition to a food intake program, this also includes wholefood
supplements that stimulate the excretion of toxins from
the entire body, including the digestive tract. After this
three week period, a client can choose to continue with
the food intake program to continue weightloss. This effective
cleansing and resting of the digestive system, helps restore
its function to its former efficiency thus the capacity
to process the foods is greatly improved. Click

toxicity could be a contributary cause to your weightgain.

Our next program
is our most effective Weightloss Program

at a very noticeable rate. The Vibrant U program is for
